CNP rice syrups are made from white or brown rice, natural rice, or organic certified rice in a variety of dextrose equivalencies (DE’s) and carbohydrate structures. Our rice syrups and solids are made from whole rice, a process we invented.
With much of the original rice left in the syrup, the added fats and proteins improve the way that our rice syrups interact with water, thus improving the humectancy and shelf life of each product. This makes the end-product more nutritious and more functionally powerful than carbohydrates alone.
While developers of conventional food products need to add chemicals to improve humectancy and mouthfeel, rice syrup and solids from CNP do this naturally.

All CNP ingredients are manufactured in a commercial-grade sterlization facility. This eliminates potential food borne pathogens. We also minimize employee contact, keepint our machinery and environment sterile.
