We invented these products, we know them best, we have worked with them longer than anyone else.
We make our syrups and solids from white or brown rice, from natural rice or from organic certified rice, in a variety of forms, in a variety of Dextrose Equivalencies (commonly referred to as DE's), and in a variety of carbohydrate structures.
