Rice Protein Concentrates provide concentrated rice protein with low residual sugars and are made by filtering protein and fiber from enzymatically digested whole rice to produce rice syrups.
No acids, bases or other chemicals are used in this process. The result of this gentle, natural process produces a rice protein concentrate that, although not highly soluble, has a minimal flavor impact.
