Product Supply Technicians

Successful candidates must be certified, experienced propane powered, sit-down lift-truck operators, skilled in sophisticated warehousing systems to include the use of R/F scanner technology, robotics and stretch-wrap operations. Experience in Raw Material and Finished Product FIFO inventory software systems a plus. Basic math and computer skills are a prerequisite.
 
Journeyman Maintenance Mechanic
 
Assigned to either Preventative Maintenance or Production Support functions as a team member. The role requires the highest levels of craft competencies in order to provide the necessary work activities to install, trouble-shoot, maintain, diagnose, replace, repair and maintain plant production equipment. Work includes a wide variety of machinery and sub-components that use pneumatics, hydraulics, gearing, conveyance and mechanical mechanisms. As well as equally being expected to carry out general electrical tasks or programmable logic or relay logic trouble-shooting, calibration and repairs required to accomplish concurrently active projects and Work-Orders to the level expected.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
On an as needed basis:

  • Respond to equipment breakdowns both major and minor.
  • Perform preventative, predictive & diagnostic maintenance on production and facility equipment.
  • Participate in developing maintenance plans for processes and other equipment as assigned.
  • Timely execution of project work and Functional Improvements team tasks.
  • Carry-out all required follow-up on all work order details to quality completion of job assignments.
  • Creation, participation and/or development of improvements to eliminate waste.
  • Resolve machine problems with effective trouble-shooting using inside and outside support.
  • Documentation of all work performed using maintenance tracking system and/or technical reports.
RESPONSIBILITIES
On a scheduled basis:

  • Maintenance in accordance with documented processes for all production equipment.
  • Daily work order completion with reports and materials accounted for.
  • Support WCM activities as an active team member.
  • Train other CNP employees in (AM) Autonomous Maintenance practices.
On a routine basis:
  • Research and procurement of new materials, parts and supplies to improve equipment.
  • Process of claims and complaints (should be handled daily).
