Founded in 1980 by Pat Mitchell, CNP has always been the innovator at the leading edge of developmental trends in foods and food ingredients. CNP invented and patented the natural processes for Rice Syrup, Rice Syrup Solids, and Rice Milk in the early 80’s. CNP pioneered the packaging of Natural and Organic Aseptic beverages in the mid 90’s. CNP has been a proponent of and leader in the Nutritional, Natural and Organic food movements since its founding.

Our facility has been built from the ground up, with superior quality and state-of-the-art, product development technologies as key business considerations at the core foundation of the company.

Today, the organization is staffed with some of the industry’s most experienced professionals, operating under the “World Class Manufacturing” methodology. Always staying ahead of the curve with technology and packaging trends that provide flexibility to CNP and our customers, California Natural Products (CNP) is a World Class Manufacturer, producing a broad range of nutritional, natural and organic certified food ingredients. In addition, CNP is a contract manufacturer of rice and soy beverages, nutritional drinks, soups, broths, teas, and wine in a variety of flexible packaging bottled in our facility.
